As an approach to broaden the vision of SOIES Nepal, the team today met with Mr. Megh Nath Neupane, Director General at Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI). As a prime representative body promoting the industrial sector in the country, CNI has been only industry centered apex figure that actively focuses on development of industrial and corporate houses of the country.
SOIES Nepal, a student driven organization of industrial engineering students, conducted an interactive session with D.G. Mr. Neupane for discussing potential collaboration with the community. SOIES Nepal and CNI share a collective mission of bringing progressive changes in the industrial society. SOIES Nepal Team comprising of Mr. Yushef Shrestha (President), Subodh Subedi, Mohan Rijal and Manish Jung Kshetri had met with the director general. The team handed over Certificate of Appreciation to CNI as an appreciative gesture for their former support and guidance to SOIES Nepal. CNI has positively responded to extend further support to SOIES Nepal and the team in including and training the students in visualizing their mission. The meeting was a huge success and has opened doors to number of opportunities for SOIES Nepal to be part of the industrial community.
